
APAC Sales Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development across multiple geographies. Your expertise in building and maintaining a sales pipeline with both in-region and multi-region prospects is essential to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share. Position us as a differentiated and strategic provider of recruitment process outsourcing services.
- Own and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Engage support from internal partners to ensure profitable and client-centric strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and execute account expansion initiatives. This includes acquisitions, innovation-led solutions, geographic or functional growth, and client relationship management.
- Build and nurture deep, multi-level relationships with clients and industry partners. Leverage networks to uncover new opportunities and establish us as a trusted talent partner across key market verticals.
- Monitor labor market trends, emerging workforce models, and industry best practices to inform consultative sales conversations. Proactively address client challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in identifying and closing RPO business across priority APAC markets. Focus on Singapore and Sydney, with preferred experience selling into India, Japan, Hong Kong, and ASEAN markets.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level consultative sales cycles. Align client workforce challenges with innovative and scalable RPO solutions.
- Track record of shaping and executing collaborative, cross-functional sales strategies in a matrixed or global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with internal executives, peers, and operational leaders.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
