Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales results by building strong relationships with key decision makers and driving business growth through effective in-store execution.

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Professional, you will play a critical part in representing a diverse portfolio of leading brands within major retail stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and improving product availability and visibility at store level
  • Implementing Point of Sale and Display initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and ticketing practices
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Store Management and Teams
  • Promoting products and services to increase sales and market share

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in FMCG merchandising or a related field (not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
