Job Title: Lead Culinary Professional

We're seeking an exceptional lead culinary professional to join our team and support all kitchen activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality food offerings across à la carte menus, ensuring every meal is a feast for the eyes and taste buds.
  • Manage workstation supplies, equipment, and waste effectively, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cultivate and develop your team members through coaching and feedback, recognizing outstanding performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements and maintain a clean environment, adhering to the highest standards.
  • Participate in washing up and other kitchen duties as needed, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a busy à la carte dining environment is highly valued.
  • Able to obtain full-time work authorization in Australia.
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or Culinary Arts from a registered training provider.
  • Current Safe Food Handling Certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
  • Team-oriented individual with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
