Fonterra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Service Centre Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dairy logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth collection and delivery of milk from our dairy farmers to our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely milk collection information
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to milk collection, quality, and payment
- Plan and coordinate the collection of milk from dairy farms, ensuring compliance with HACCP and legislative requirements
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues related to milk quality and farm hygiene
- Prepare and analyze reports on customer activity and feedback
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in logistics planning and customer service. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
Requirements:
