Chief Social Impact Officer

Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide overall leadership, management, coordination, and strategic vision for our national responsible business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff in implementing pro bono legal services, volunteering, and charitable contributions.
- Align and support wider practice initiatives including inclusion and diversity, sustainability, and recruitment efforts.
- Oversee the development and implementation of pro bono and community strategies, ensuring alignment with our broader responsible business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships to drive social impact.
Requirements:
- Legally qualified with at least 7 years of legal experience.
- Strong passion and/or experience in access to justice/advocacy/community outreach.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Well-developed stakeholder relations skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
