About the Role

The Manager, Diversity and Inclusion will spearhead initiatives that drive cultural transformation and employee engagement globally.

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering impactful wellbeing programs, promoting inclusion through events and campaigns, and embedding a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and regional representatives to shape key initiatives and tailor them across markets.

You will be responsible for designing and executing holistic wellbeing programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and measuring program impact through metrics and reporting.

Your Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as a specialist from within HR teams
  • Experience in designing and delivering wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Able to operate across diverse business units and levels
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven capability in internal communications, project management, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to measure program impact through data-driven insights
