Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service experiences, while achieving sales targets and KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team

You will also be required to:

  • Create professional and personalised service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
  • Complete in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
