Role Overview:

This casual role as a Housekeeper will support the critical functions of the Resort and Villas by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels to maintain a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our rooms.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock supplies to ensure the rooms are well-stocked and ready for our guests.
  • Inspect and report any issues regarding room maintenance or cleanliness to ensure prompt attention and resolution.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Passion for customer service to provide a high level of service to our guests.
  • High attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality and cleanliness in our rooms.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and bending.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent availability to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly regarded.
  • A driver's license is required.
