Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.
About the Role:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
- Assist clients with meal preparation, shopping, and domestic tasks to maintain their independence.
- Offer social support and companionship to clients, including transportation to appointments and activities.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in Toowoomba, QLD.
- Award rate $ per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance.
