**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital utility group, you will play a vital role in delivering business verification and user acceptance testing for the mass rollout of digital water meters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business verification test scenarios and lead their execution
  • Support the successful delivery of digital utility programs
  • Identify and verify business processes to be tested in each phase
  • Train and coach relevant staff in execution of test cases
  • Upload test scenarios using JIRA Xray
  • Coordinate business verification testing to meet phase outcomes
  • Defect management during business verification testing
  • Report and document test outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in user acceptance test management in an environment undergoing significant digital transformation
  • Fluency in emerging technologies
  • Extensive experience in development & execution of user test cases
  • Ability to communicate requirements and gain commitment from business users
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating an ability to influence outcomes
