About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise and further develop your skills as a seasoned Financial Analyst.

You will be part of a close-knit team of six, working in a fast-paced environment that requires collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critical aspects of the ANZ financial function, including month-end close, revenue recognition, forecasting & budgeting
  • Develop and implement financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with AP, AR, and assist with intercompany transactions
  • Support audits, cashflow analysis, and finance transformation projects
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (AU & NZ)
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified, with 3–5yrs' experience (including at least 2–3yrs as a Financial Analyst)
  • Solid experience in Australian-owned businesses (>$25M turnover)
  • Strong tax and statutory reporting knowledge (AU & NZ)
  • Large ERP systems experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDE – we use INFOR)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.)
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Confidence and initiative with excellent verbal and written communication skills
