Early Childhood Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in leading a team of Educators and facilitating intentional teaching experiences for children.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Educators and collaborate to achieve high-quality outcomes for children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs and services
  • Support and mentor Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lead Educator or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Childhood Education principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
  • Two professional references available upon request
