Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher and Lead Educator to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position in a Reggio inspired early childhood setting. As an Early Childhood Teacher and Lead Educator, you will be responsible for promoting children's development and learning, leading the day-to-day operations of your room, and developing positive relationships with families and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculum and educational programs
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of your room, including administrative procedures
  • Support and train colleagues to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) requirements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and children
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma in ECE for lead educator role (or an ACECQA equivalent)
  • Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • VIT registration
