Are you looking for a role where you can make a lasting impact?

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Sydney. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading work across the design, tender and delivery phases for multi-year/packaged projects.

You will need to ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in compliance with relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets.

Our team is collaborative and multidisciplinary, and we are looking for someone who can partner effectively with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
  • Typically 3-4+ years' industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors;
  • A track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept;
  • Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure (advantageous);
  • Previous experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is highly regarded;
