  • Lead Salesforce projects: design, architecture, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop expertise in Salesforce solutions and platform.
  • Facilitate discussions with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Implement methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Understand client's business needs and offer solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms.
  • Prepare tender responses, including RFI/RFP/RFQ.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce cloud implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex problems and solutions.
  • Team management skills to build and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Leadership capabilities to work as a team member.
  • High-level architecture design based on business requirements.
  • Software development fundamentals, including data structures, OOP, relational database design, and design patterns.
  • Experience in data modeling, integration, web services, security/sharing, and web development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML).
  • Desirable: consulting work and Salesforce certifications.
