Job Description

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that bridges the gap between users, clients, and development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to define requirements and ensure digital products meet real needs.

You will collaborate closely with designers to visualise user interfaces and ensure solutions are both functional and intuitive.

Additionally, you will work across product development, client delivery, and client support, translating ideas into working solutions.

This role is ideal for a curious and motivated graduate who brings strong analytical thinking and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of how digital products work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing user stories, testing steps, and acceptance criteria
  • Contributing to product documentation
  • Collaborating with designers to review and shape UI/UX
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in tech, UX, digital systems, or design
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of how digital products work
  • An interest in solving business problems through smart digital solutions
  • Confidence in writing clear documentation and breaking down complexity
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually (e.g., in Figma or similar tools)
  • A desire to understand the bigger picture and contribute meaningfully
