Client Relationship Specialist

As the face of our organization in the field, you will build trusted relationships with referral partners, generate new client opportunities, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, social workers, and discharge planners.
- Promote our home care services through consistent outreach, presentations, and local community engagement.
- Identify, follow up on, and convert leads into active clients.
- Partner with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth and responsive onboarding experience for clients and their families.
- Meet and exceed sales and growth targets aligned with agency goals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track referral outcomes and follow-up activity.
- Represent us at local events, health fairs, and professional networking groups to build brand awareness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, local market shifts, and competitor offerings.
- Assist with office or administrative tasks as needed, including marketing support and occasional in-office duties.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of outside sales or business development experience in home care, hospice, healthcare, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with local healthcare networks and referral sources is a strong plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- A sincere passion for senior care and improving the lives of others.
