Job Opportunity

This is a chance to excel as a Client Relationship Specialist, where you will oversee client accounts and provide exceptional service. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products.

About the Role
  • Your main responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure best-in-class service, careful risk management, and optimal returns.
  • You will be responsible for daily funding requirements, working closely with Account Managers to meet client needs within product and risk frameworks.
  • You will also be required to monitor client performance, minimize bad debts through close relationships and risk management, and ensure compliance is up to date.
  • A key aspect of this role is identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote client retention through sustainable relationships and exceptional service.
  • Oversee daily funding requirements with Account Managers, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance is up to date.
  • Monitor client performance and minimize bad debts.
  • Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maximize profits through effective fee charging and cross-selling.
  • Complete credit submissions for facility variations.
  • Assist with onboarding for new clients.
  • Promote finance products versus competitors.
  • Participate in projects to deliver new products and services.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as required by senior leaders.
  • Seek process improvement opportunities.
The Successful Candidate:
  • Will have 2+ years in commercial lending or customer-facing roles in finance.
  • Will have experience in credit assessment and non-conforming loans.
  • Will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Will be comfortable with manual processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will have high adaptability, collaboration, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Will be able to work autonomously and take initiative.
