• Drive profitability and optimize profit through effective cost management and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high brand, customer promise, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations and awards.
