Personal Care Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to provide high-quality in-home care services to our elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications accurately and responsibly, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, upholding their comfort and dignity.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Specialist.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • A professional attitude, commitment to providing exceptional care, and passion for delivering high-quality services.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
  • National police check.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Blue Card.
