About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our Finance team at Babcock International Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing both monthly and fortnightly payrolls, supporting Superannuation payments, and handling calculations and reconciliations of leave balances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support Superannuation payments and handle calculations and reconciliations of leave balances
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Team Lead to achieve desired results
  • Develop and maintain accurate payroll records and reports
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Experience with electronic payroll systems (preferably Preceda)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills & MS office suite
  • Ability to work effectively & collaboratively as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
