The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Warrnambool team as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of vacant property works and oversee the completion of Property Condition Reports by a third-party provider. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of works
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards and adherence to safety protocols
