#### Job Description

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data from various inventory and warehouse management systems to extract actionable insights.
* Utilizing advanced statistical methods to identify patterns and forecast future operational needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and support continuous improvement.
* Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with real-time data.
* Leading process optimization initiatives using lean principles and Six Sigma methodology.
* Presenting findings to management with clear and compelling data narratives.
* Facilitating the integration of new technologies such as AI and automation in alignment with business goals.
* Monitoring the effectiveness of long-term projects and supporting team members in enhancing analytical capabilities.

#### The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data analyst with a strong background in data science, business intelligence, or supply chain management. You should have at least three years of experience in a data analysis role within a supply chain environment and be adept at using data analytics tools and visualization software. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for various stakeholders. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
