**Job Overview**

The Head of Operations at One Fit Stop will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, scalability, and process excellence. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure business runs smoothly, aligning day-to-day operations with strategic goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a brand new department, shaping company-wide processes, and facilitating communication across departments and geographies. You'll have a meaningful impact during a phase of rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable operational strategies that align with our growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to set and measure KPIs for operational excellence.
  • Translate long-term vision into executable operational plans.
  • Analyse current processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
  • Implement best practices in operational management to enhance productivity and resource allocation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Operations team by hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Be a leader that builds trust and cultivates strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Oversee operational systems, tools, and platforms, ensuring they support growth and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring all processes are compliant with relevant regulations.
