
Water Filtration Systems Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various water filtration systems.
This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. You will work with a variety of clients across South East Queensland and beyond, providing expert solutions to their water filtration needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain and repair boiling, chilled and filtered water systems in local and western Queensland locations on a quarterly basis.
- Assembly and Manufacturing: Assemble and manufacture custom water filtration and treatment systems according to customer requirements.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues using service manuals, computerised diagnostics and technical expertise.
- Assistance: Assist with service management, invoicing and paperwork.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing Orders: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and Unloading Trucks: Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Warehousing and Logistics: Coordinate warehousing and logistics activities, including inventory management and stock control.
- Light Manufacturing: Perform light manufacturing tasks, including use of power tools and painting.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role performing installation, repairs and maintenance.
- Experience within the plumbing, electrical, whitegoods or coffee industries (other industries will be considered).
- Exceptional customer service skills, as you will be speaking to Builders, Plumbers, Building Owners and Property Managers while servicing/installing products.
- A willingness to 'get-your-hands-dirty' when required in manufacturing of water filter systems.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current driver's license.
- A forklift license (or willingness to complete training).
- The ability to provide a National Police Clearance and Working with Children check.
