System Architect Position:

Our organization is seeking a skilled system architect to assume key responsibilities in our specialist support and projects team.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide technical support services according to agreed-upon service levels.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies to scope and work on various projects.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with others through coaching and guidance.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior systems engineer, specializing in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server infrastructure, applications, and cloud technologies.

Technical Experience and Skills:

  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops administration and configuration.
  • Citrix Netscaler administration and configuration.
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow.
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Server technology products.
  • Managing workloads and resources within public cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
  • Managing virtual environments utilizing infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools like Veeam, NetBackup, and CommVault.
