Job Summary

The role of Technical Specialist involves designing, developing and implementing scalable technical solutions across multiple systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create high-quality technical designs that meet the needs of business stakeholders.
  • Implement Integrations: Build integrations and extensions using various technology stacks and Oracle tools.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver results.
  • Lifecycle Management: Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with architectural standards throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead Large-Scale Projects: Provide technical expertise and lead complex system design and delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR.
Required Skills

This role requires proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula and Security. Strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL are also essential.

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Experience: Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules.
  • Core HR Knowledge: Strong application knowledge on Core HR and at least one other HCM module.
  • Large-Scale System Design: Experience in designing and delivering large or complex systems that enable roadmap vision and deliver desired qualities while identifying and developing recommendations that mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Oracle HRMS Knowledge: Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite), particularly Core HR, Payroll, SSHR modules along with a deep understanding of related business processes is preferred.
