About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through inbound verbal and written channels, ensuring a high level of empathy and understanding.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain excellence in quality and productivity.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with current and potential customers, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and banking operations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Engage in staff training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in customer service, preferably in a contact centre or finance environment. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a team player, you will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
