About the Role

Director of Pedagogy - Full-time, Temporary (Approx. AU$120,000 - AU$150,000)

Catholic Education Western Australia is committed to fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning. As a leading educator in pedagogy, you will be responsible for driving contemporary learning practices that promote student success and academic excellence.

As the Director of Pedagogy, your key areas of accountability include:

• Leading the development and implementation of educational initiatives that align with the College's Vision for Learning
• Collaborating with College Leaders to design, implement, and review educational programs that enhance teaching methodologies and support curriculum renewal
• Providing coaching and mentoring to teachers on effective teaching practices and technology integration
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A strong track record of teaching and leadership experience in an educational setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
• Strong leadership competencies, including strategic planning, change management, and team leadership
