Our team advises on a wide range of insurance-related matters, including public liability, professional indemnity, and workers' compensation claims. We work with clients from various sectors, including healthcare organizations, ASX- and foreign-listed resource and mining companies, self-insured corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.

As an Insurance Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on insurance-related issues, interpreting complex legislation, and advocating for our clients' interests. You will also have the opportunity to engage with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to enhance efficiencies and excellence in your work.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of insurance law and practice, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.   • Technical experience in WA with streams of work in client base
  • Understanding and application of reserving philosophies in insurance industry
  • Proficiency in interpretation and application of Civil Liability Act, Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act, and common law of torts and contract
  • Ability to explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely
  • Unwavering attention to detail and technical excellence
  • Strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with clients and industry experts
