- Rotating Roster: Work a rotating roster within a 24/7 acute care environment, ensuring that patients receive seamless care around the clock.
- Qualifications: AHPRA-registered with clinical experience in mental health nursing, ideally in acute settings.
- Skills and Qualities: Motivated to develop expertise and attain certification in mental health nursing; able to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment where no two days are the same.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Confident in managing complex nursing needs, conducting risk assessments, and delivering trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
