About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our dynamic team of claims professionals at Gallagher Bassett. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver exceptional results and promote safe, timely, and durable return-to-work outcomes for injured workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of claims personnel with varying levels of experience
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they reach their full potential
  • Monitor service performance and implement remedial action to resolve issues
  • Contribute to shaping our culture through high levels of people engagement and recognition
  • Promote a culture of compliance with business processes
  • Participate in workforce planning and recruitment activities
  • Identify areas of opportunity and take action to improve outcomes for customers and employees
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of general business and administrative practices and managing cost-effective business activities
  • Experience in managing performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
