About this role

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Coordinator to manage complaints from customers in the APAC regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication.
  • Analyze and solve operational issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Create and maintain databases, management reports, and interpret data to make recommendations.
  • Collaborate with peers, Legal, Risk, and Wholesale Customer Remediation team throughout the complaint lifecycle.
  • Escalate identified issues impacting customers and/or risk matters, completing process and root cause analysis.
  • Draft and present communications, recommendations, and presentations to team members, managers, and leaders.
  • Manage all customer complaints effectively through required systems.
  • Lead the effective management and document retention for Deal Closing Teams.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all templates and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with governance teams to address and action issues.
  • Manage or lead projects to enhance process efficiency within Deal Closing Teams.
  • Oversight to ensure training or enhancements to procedures are implemented as per policy requirements.
