About the Role

We are working with a reputable healthcare organization that is seeking a Vocationally or Generally registered GP to work on a refer and request basis for an Aged Care GP Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth consultations using a combination of visits and virtual care
  • Service areas through a Collaborative Care Model with a team of doctors, nurses, geriatrician, carers, and allied health professionals
  • Work with a bulk billed service model, ensuring affordable healthcare for residents in aged care

Eligibility
  • Doctors must have Vocational or General Registration
  • Doctor must have full Australian work rights
  • Doctors must have experience in ED and/or General Practice
  • Doctors that are restricted by the moratorium are able to apply
