Job Title: Lending Operations Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Lending Operations Analyst to join our team in Business Banking. This role involves supporting the end-to-end lending lifecycle by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of lending solutions to clients.

In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to process reviews and manage the setup of loans in various systems, process Anti-Money Laundering (AML) applications, and fulfill the delivery of the Macquarie Express Guarantee product. Additionally, you will support in-life maintenance activities by processing system updates for business loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process reviews and manage loan setups in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support in-life maintenance activities by updating business loan systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in commerce or a related field.
