About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Lucas Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients through excellent customer service
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing accurate and timely support
  • Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dental assisting experience preferred but not essential, with a passion for customer service and patient care
  • Organized with attention to detail, with a proven track record of punctuality and reliability
