Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Planning and Execution: Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective financial management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • International Stock Management: Manage international stock levels to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Payment Management: Oversee payment processes to suppliers to ensure timely and efficient transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to directors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA Qualifications: Hold a certified accounting qualification or have extensive experience in small business finance.
  • MYOB Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using MYOB accounting software.
  • Reconciliation Skills: Possess strong reconciliation skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Management Skills: Showcase exceptional financial management skills to drive business success.
  • Foreign Currency Experience: Have experience working with multiple foreign currency bank accounts.
  • Tax Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of tax compliance and reconciliation procedures.
  • Bookkeeping Expertise: Possess advanced bookkeeping skills to manage complex financial transactions.
  • Audit and Compliance: Understand audit and compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence.
