Our Graduate Program

We offer a two-year Graduate Program that provides a strong support network, including Grads, Managers, Grad Support Team, Career Coach, and Buddy.

This program is a permanent offer of employment that offers at least one elective rotation where Grads nominate where they would like to gain experience.

We are looking for candidates who have completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date and who possess diversity in thought, skills, experiences, and cultural backgrounds.

About the Role

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders through the delivery of outstanding service.

  • A key responsibility is assessing the ongoing growth potential of each asset and providing input to refurbishment or disposal strategies.
  • You will also develop and deliver Strategic Asset Management plans, including identifying process improvement opportunities and developing operational guidelines.

You will be responsible for delivering specific change programs to grow operations, increase efficiency, and sustain high levels of customer service.
