About the Role:

The Regional Manager will lead our Hunter/Northern NSW Team, driving growth and elite business, work and wellness performance. We are seeking an experienced leader to continue WorkFocus' journey towards being the biggest and best wellness and work provider in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and elite business, work and wellness performance
  • Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks
  • Foster our employer-of-choice environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development and career goals
  • Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation
  • Experience in a Team Leader, Injury Management Specialist or Account Manager role
