Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that requires the ability to coordinate and deliver maintenance activities, manage services contracts, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for delivering quality and timely facilities maintenance services to our assets and stakeholders. This includes coordinating daily operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Coordinate and deliver maintenance activities to ensure compliance with service level agreements">
  3. Manage services contracts to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services">
  4. Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including facilities management service providers and departmental staff">
  5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including legislative and regulatory obligations">
  6. Manage competing priorities and high volumes of work effectively within tight timeframes and budget">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Contract Management or equivalent industry experience">
  • Current and valid Driver's licence">
  • Experience in customer service/coordinator roles in a related industry">
  • Understanding of statutory maintenance requirements, legislation, reactive maintenance, Planned Preventative, Major Periodic Maintenance and maintenance prioritisation">
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues">
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint">
