Highly Skilled Maintenance Technician Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will be trade-qualified, multi-skilled and possess excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and OH&S practices.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment
  • Carry out scheduled and breakdown maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety management practices
  • Assist with maintenance planning to reduce downtime and meet production targets
  • Work with computer-based maintenance systems
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade qualification (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance KPIs
  • Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly with production teams
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
