**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various manufacturing equipment, implementing safety management practices, managing a maintenance budget, and performing time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Implement safety management practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Manage a maintenance budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Perform time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a mechanical trade qualification (essential), relevant tickets, and experience with computer-based maintenance programs. You must also have demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Additionally, you will need to have over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams, a current valid driver's licence, and a forklift license (HRW). A BI boiler license is preferred but not essential.
