We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

Key Duties:
  • Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
  • Manage sales transactions and maintain security of cash and company assets
  • Ensure store appearance and maintain a positive, safe, and respectful work environment
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or other related fields is highly preferred
  • Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential
