About the Role


We are seeking experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Leaders to join our team in Cairns, QLD. As a key member of our Infrastructure division, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple tasks and priorities to deliver projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with Australian standards, specifications, and contractual requirements
  • Analyse and solve complex problems, making informed decisions to drive project success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements



  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in project leadership, management, and delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Highly effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others
