Centre Operations Manager
">We are seeking a highly motivated Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maths tutoring centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students and parents, manage a team of instructors, and drive business growth.

">Our maths tutoring centre offers help and enrichment to primary and secondary students up to Year 10. Our approach makes math fun by teaching in a way that makes sense to each child.
">Your Responsibilities
">- Grow the Centre's business by developing strong relationships with customers and students.
">- Achieve optimal customer satisfaction and referrals.
">- Manage all aspects of the Centre including its financial performance.
">- Drive the Centre's key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximise growth.
">- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction to students that aligns with our methodology.
">Requirements
">- Proven background managing a business.
">- Excellent sales and communication skills.
">- Passion for helping people and interacting with students and their parents.
">- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
