**About Our Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Assistant Centre Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of students and parents by providing exceptional maths tuition and support.

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will oversee centre operations, lead a team of instructors, and work closely with parents to deliver instruction that aligns with our methodology.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Managing day-to-day centre operations and all aspects of the centre.
  • Selling our maths program, building relationships with parents, and achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Screening, hiring, training, motivating, and developing instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency.
  • Leading a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with our methodology.
  • Administering our curriculum through student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress.

**The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:**

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong sales and marketing experience.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Passion for education and interacting with students and parents.
  • Desirable: Teaching or tutoring experience and confident up to Year 12 maths content.
