We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for over 5,000 staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Full end-to-end payroll processing
- Interpretation of Awards, EBA's employment contracts
- ATO compliance (Payroll Tax, Superannuation, PAYG etc)
- Resolving all payroll queries
- Payroll accounting reconciliation
- Maintain payroll records, including new starters, terminations and employee changes
- Dealing with any manual payroll calculations and terminations
- Minimum 3+ years experience in end-to-end Payroll
- Essential experience in processing Payroll via SAP
- Experience with Success Factors, Kronos and Service Now would be beneficial
- Strong administration skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- $80,000 - $85,000 plus super
