About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a Junior Room setting. As a Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that promotes the growth and development of children aged 1-2 or 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Ensure the day-to-day safety of children in your care
  • Guide and mentor younger educators to achieve the best outcomes for children
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
