About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a Junior Room setting. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for developing a curriculum for children aged 1-2 or 2-3 years old, ensuring their day-to-day safety, and mentoring younger educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of children aged 1-2 or 2-3 years old.
  • Ensure the day-to-day safety of children in your care, adhering to the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Mentor and guide younger educators to achieve the best outcomes for children.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and maintain current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.

About You:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from an ACECQA-approved institution.
  • A passion for providing high-quality education in the early years.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate educators within your team.
  • A strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
