We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our coffee haven as Baristas, Front of House Workers, and Kitchen Staff. If you have a love for great coffee, exceptional customer service, and a knack for creating delicious culinary delights, we want to hear from you.

**Position 1: Coffee Connoisseurs**

As a Coffee Connoisseur at our coffee haven, you'll be the driving force behind our exceptional coffee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffees and beverages
- Ensuring consistent quality in every cup
- Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area
- Collaborating with the team to create unique and enticing seasonal coffee offerings

**Position 2: Customer Experience Specialists**

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of our coffee haven, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Taking customer orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
- Collaborating with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service

**Position 3: Culinary Artists**

As a Culinary Artist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering delicious and freshly prepared food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Managing inventory and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Collaborating with the front of house team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties as required

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We welcome individuals with a strong passion for coffee, customer service, and food.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A team player mentality with a positive and proactive attitude.
